Come join us to learn about Examination Issues for Pass-Through Entities presented by Thomas Gorczynski, EZ, USTCP. This course will review key issues that could be factors in those examinations.
Learning Objectives
1) Demonstrate how to reconstruct partner and shareholder outside basis.
2) Recognize S corporation reasonable compensation issues and identify ways to defend the wage amount paid.
3) Explain the centralized partnership audit regime rules and their effect on a partnership examination.
4) Analyze strategies for entity-level penalty abatement
