This is an interactive session, where everyone will participate.  
We will discuss a series of common ethical situations that we face with our clients on a regular basis. And perhaps some situations you haven’t faced yet – but might.
We will start with a brief overview of Circular 230, then get into the questions.
You will be encourage to provide your best ideas for how to handle these issues – and we will look at what guidance Circular 230 provides.

Learning Objectives 

1. Understand your ethical obligations when a client asks you to do something that may not be correct.
2. Understand your ethical obligations when your clients have conflicting interests.
3. Understand your ethical obligations when you have made a significant error.
4. Understand how to research these ethical issues within Circular 230.
