Offer in Compromise Strategies for 2022

Program Overview

May 18, 2022 | 5:30  - 8:00 pm, Pacific| Webinar

Description

The IRS OIC landscape is always changing.  Each year something major happens within the IRS Offer in Compromise Program, even if it is not an actual written policy change.  We need to discuss this new information to make resolution options available to the client.  Attendees will review an IRS Form 656 and 433-A OIC.  This class summarizes the options available to a client based on the attendees' application of appropriate IRS Financial Analysis Guidelines. We will approach the possible OIC resolution by looking at the client, the financial, the debt and the funding the client has available to them.

2. Learn how to interview a potential OIC client
