Attending FAQs

1) I have attended Super Seminar in Las Vegas for years. Why was the decision made to consolidate the seminar into one location in Reno?
Back in August of 2017, several email blasts were sent to Super Seminar attendees, explaining the change. Then, on February 2, 2018, an email was sent by CSEA President, Cynthia Leachmoore, EA, to every Vegas attendee from the past five years, explaining the reasons behind the decision. The email is a must read for any Vegas attendee that would like clarification about the decision.

1) When can I pick up my badge and registration packet?
Attendee check-in, located in the Grand Salon on the casino level of the hotel in the Convention Center, will observe the following hours:

Tuesday, 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Wednesday, 7:00 am - 5:15 pm
Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:15 pm
Friday, 7:00 am - 10:10 am

2) Is there a dress code?
Appropriate dress for Super Seminar is business casual. A jacket or sweater is recommended as temperatures in meeting rooms may vary and are often not under the direct control of CSEA. Layers are key – both for indoors and outdoors – and wearing comfortable shoes is highly recommended.

3) What is the parking situation like at the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino?
GSR has an abundance of parking available, free of charge.

4) What is there to do in Reno, NV?
You will be pleasantly surprised - not only is there is a lot to do in Reno, but there are equally as many things to do on the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino property!
