Flexible and convenient, Super Seminar 2022 offers two options: attend in-person at the Peppermill Resort in Reno, NV; or participate online via live broadcast. Each option offers a uniquely impactful experience, as well as the ability to map your own journey through the many offerings of the event.

Guest Registration
If you have a guest who would like access to the Expo Hall, where all continental breakfasts, morning beverage breaks, and afternoon snack breaks will be offered, you may purchase a guest registration for $250; the price also includes access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening and the Prize Drawing on Wednesday evening. Guests are not permitted in the education session meeting rooms. You will be able to add your guest(s) during the online registration process.

Group Registration
Groups of three or more colleagues from the same company and billing address are eligible for a group discount. Complete a group registration »

⇨ Cancellation & Transfer Policies

Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the Cancellation/Refund Request online form and will be honored as follows:
• Cancellations received by April 27 at midnight will be refunded in full
• Cancellations received April 28 – June 1 at midnight will be refunded minus a $40 processing fee
• Cancellations after June 1 are nonrefundable
• We do not issue refunds to registrants who are “no shows”

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing cancellations and refunds.

Transfers
If you would like to transfer your in-person registration to an online registration, or vice versa, you must do so prior to June 1 and you will incur a $20 processing fee. Additionally, the difference between the original amount paid and the new registration cost will be calculated using the rate in effect on the date the transfer request is submitted.

If you would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so at no cost as long as the registration option being transferred is the same (i.e., in-person to in-person and online to online).

Additional Policies
In person
If you would like to attend in-person but wait to register until onsite in Reno, your registration will be granted on a space-available basis.

Online
We do not issue refunds due to technology issues you encounter – it is your responsibility to test your computer setup prior to the start of each live webinar/session. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technology issue is due to our error, we will consider issuing refunds.

Keep in mind that you will receive access to downloadable materials and the video recordings of all sessions and you will also have the ability to take the self-study on-demand sessions (with CE) in August.

Event Cancellation
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Super Seminar is canceled by CSEA, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible after the cancellation.
