Description: Learn how to engage the potential client into the resolution of the case. From the interview, the POA and various paperwork, start the process of resolution of the case. Learn what the IRS will do and how to steer the client and the IRS together to resolve the case. Regardless of your experience level, this class will be a huge benefit to your practice.

Learning Objectives
1. Understand how to interview and finalize an engagement with a potential Representation client
2. Learn how to assemble the case file and work with the client to prepare a financial that is vital to the resolution
3. Discover how the IRS will react to your requests for Holds and presentation of the financials
4. Identify various courses within a representation case (you may have to go backwards to go forwards)
