Guest Registration provides access to the Expo Hall, including meals and breaks. Guests are not permitted in the education sessions.
Live Online: Virtual Conference
Note: Virtual attendees must be signed-in using their own CSEA online account to earn CE. Attendees must answer polling questions and meet time-in-session requirements to earn CE.
Group registrations will be accepted between December 29, 2025, and May 29, 2026. All registrants in the group must be employed at the same firm, and the request must be submitted using the online group registration form. Prior to submitting the form, each person being registered must have (or create) a user account with their correctly spelled name, email address, and PTIN/CTEC numbers as applicable. After your form is submitted, CSEA Staff will contact you to finalize your group registration. Download the group registration pricing list .
Cancellations/Refunds All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted using the online form, and will be honored as follows: • Cancellations received by March 19 at midnight will be refunded in full • Cancellations received March 20 – May 12 at midnight will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee • Cancellations after May 12 are nonrefundable • We do not issue refunds to registrants who are “no shows” Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing cancellations and refunds.
Transfers All transfer requests must be submitted using the online form. If you would like to transfer your in-person registration to an online registration, or vice versa, you will incur a $30 processing fee. The refund or amount due between original amount paid and new registration will be based on date of transfer request. If you would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so as long as the registration option being transferred is the same (i.e., in-person to in-person and online to online). There will be a $30 processing fee. Additional Policies In person If you would like to attend in-person but wait to register until onsite in Reno, your registration will be granted on a space-available basis. Online We do not issue refunds due to technology issues you encounter – it is your responsibility to test your computer setup prior to the start of each live webinar/session. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technology issue is due to our error, we will consider issuing refunds. Keep in mind that you will receive access to downloadable materials and the video recordings of all sessions.
Seminar Cancellation If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Super Seminar is canceled by CSEA, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible after the cancellation.
