We are always happy and ready to answer all your questions. However, before contacting us, please take a moment to see if the answer to your question is already here.

You will access everything you need to attend online via the Virtual Conference Center (VCC).

What is the VCC?
The VCC, is a dashboard that puts everything you need for Super Seminar online in one convenient location. This is where you’ll join each education session online, where you’ll download the handouts, and more!

You will access the VCC via the Learning Hub, which can be found on the homepage of csea.org.

If you've never used the VCC before or want a refresher, prior to reading the FAQs below, we strongly suggest you watch this short unnarrated video, to learn how to access the VCC, what to expect after you log in, how to download the handouts, etc. Click on the image below to watch the video!

Do I need a Zoom account to attend the sessions via the VCC?
You do not need to have a Zoom account. However, we do recommend that you install the Zoom application to any device you will use to access the VCC. And if you already have the Zoom app installed, please make sure to update it before the first day of Supers. We have found that attendees with the Zoom app installed on their device have fewer technical issues during the session.

How do I access the session handouts?
Handouts are located on the Resources tab within the VCC. They are listed by session and ordered by date and start time. Click the title link to download the PDF.

When should I sign in to the VCC?
You should sign in to the VCC 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the first session each day. Doing so will help you avoid any potential delays that can occur when hundreds of people try to log in at the same time.

How do I join each session?
To join each session, you will click the launch button, which will be active 10 minutes prior to the start of each session. If you try to launch a session prior to that you will see a message that tells you it will be available 10 minutes before the start of the session.

I clicked the launch button but nothing happened. What should I do?
Allow popups - We encourage you to visit the VCC and click the launch button before the first day of Super Seminar just to make sure it displays the 10-minute message as describe in the previous FAQ. If you don’t see this message when you click the launch button, check your browser settings to make sure to allow popups.

I accidentally launched the wrong session. What should I do?
Simply leave the webinar you signed in to, return to the VCC, and launch the session you meant to attend. As a precautionary step, you might want to refresh the VCC page in your browser by using Ctrl-F5 on your keyboard.

What should I do if I lose my connection during a session (due to internet issues, for example)?
If you have internet issues and drop out of the session, return to the VCC to rejoin the session. While it may be possible for you to rejoin directly from the Zoom app on your device, it is not a good idea. By using the VCC launch button to rejoin, you will ensure that the Zoom reports will link back to your user profile for accurate attendance tracking.

Two people in our office are registered – can we watch together from one computer?
In this scenario, only one person will earn CE – the person who is logged in. Anyone else who is watching must use their own device to launch their VCC link and respond to polls to prove they attended.

Can I use a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, tablet, etc.) to attend sessions?
If you’re going to use an iPhone or iPad to view the sessions, you will need to download the Zoom app to your device ahead of time. If the Zoom app is not already on your iOS device, you may experience a delay of 5-10 minutes while the app installs.

Apple device users, please note: Safari may block popups. Your device may prompt you to allow popups; opt into popups at that time. If not prompted, then check your Settings to determine if your browser can receive popups and adjust as needed.

Is it okay to switch between a mobile device and a computer during a session?
Yes, but you can’t be logged in to a webinar on both devices at the same time. We recommend that you leave the webinar on the current device, then go to the VCC on the second device and launch the session on the new device.
