Guests receive access to the Expo Hall throughout the event, where they may take part in breakfasts, morning breaks, lunches, and afternoon socials on all three days. Plus, they are invited to join us for networking, games, and more!
Each person will receive a discount based on total number of people registering at the same time. All registrants must be employed at the same firm and the registration request must be submitted on a group registration form. Prior to submitting group form, each person being registered must have or create a user account with their correctly spelled name, email address and PTIN/CTEC numbers as applicable. All group registrations must be submitted using the online form.
Cancellations/Refunds All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted using the online form, and will be honored as follows: • Cancellations received by March 20 at midnight will be refunded in full • Cancellations received March 21 – May 29 at midnight will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee • Cancellations after May 29 are nonrefundable • We do not issue refunds to registrants who are “no shows” Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing cancellations and refunds.
Transfers All transfer requests must be submitted using the online form. If you would like to transfer your in-person registration to an online registration, or vice versa, you will incur a $30 processing fee. The refund or amount due between original amount paid and new registration will be based on date of transfer request. If you would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so at no cost as long as the registration option being transferred is the same (i.e., in-person to in-person and online to online). Additional Policies In person If you would like to attend in-person but wait to register until you arrive onsite, your registration will be granted on a space-available basis. Online We do not issue refunds due to technology issues you encounter – it is your responsibility to test your computer setup prior to the start of each live webinar/session. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technology issue is due to our error, we will consider issuing refunds. Keep in mind that you will receive access to downloadable materials and the video recordings of all sessions, and you will also have the ability to take the self-study on-demand sessions (with CE) in August.
Seminar Cancellation If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Super Seminar is canceled by CSEA, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible after the cancellation.
